I dunno. my marathon mind is missing. but great running for YOU plus, you did it on fluffernutters and cool whip! Imagine what will happen when you're eating real food!! I am IMPRESSED!

Great going! There have been many an occassion when I've felt like giving up, but kept chugging. As the old cliche' goes "Pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever."

Anyway, this site has very good guides for ITB stretches and strength training. Hope it helps your ITB.

Excellent, Lara. I am so with you on the mind thing. Thanks for the reminder about Chris. I'll have to give it a listen.

First, I love the site design. Second, you sure take a nice photograph.

Third, I'm really happy that smile did at least a little bit for you. I'm happy for a little bit of "market validation" on the concept. I'm glad you saw the result from smiling.

Glad you're still with me.

Yeah on hanging tough with the 7 miles. A marathon mind has to be built one run at a time, you'll do it!
