It drives me CRAZY every time I hear these two things said. Mostly because they are said at every meeting, by everybody. I am SO going to start using "kaizen", just to be obnoxious. I predict it will be sweeping our district by the new year. I'm learning my new job too. There are bumps (it's a brand new position) but there is definitely something revitalizing about looking at things from a new perspective!
