		<description>Glad your healthy again, I think I would pass on the run before the race, maybe just do a lot of stretching and take a brisk walk. Too much after feeling bad is, well bad.

Good luck on your trip, I've been most of that route, you'll like it. I encourage my wife to take a trip on occasion also, to keep in touch with family and friends - for the same reason as your husband by the way!
