		<description>I've heard that that only works for one type of bear.  For the others, you're supposed to act "big" and make lots of aggressive noise.  Of course, this is pretty useless information since I don't know which way to act with which bear.</description>

Hadn't thought about encountering bears while running.  I think they are pretty shy and would be moving away from anybody heading down their path.  Except in Yellowstone, ofcourse.  If you are in Yellowstone, just don't look like a trash dumpster and you'll be fine. :)</description>
