Away for just a bit…
Lest this come to appear to be a deserted blog, it is not. I am just away for a short period, to sort through some things. I plan to keep on running as I can, and hope to reappear with reports of ongoing progress in a couple of weeks 
I do not want my RBF friends to think I have disappeared because I will be thinking of you all till I’m back around.
P.S. My knee seems fine now
