Last night was my slide, food-wise, but I'm envious. I want a chicken-wing pizza. I know I'm supposed to be saying, "Hey Lara. Eat better!" Instead, I'm like Homer Simpson, "Mmmm, chicken wing pizza." But hey, get out there and run. You can stop your slide whenever you want. NEVER wait for the beginning of a week. That's always a rough way into it all. Just stop when you're ready. :)

And remember, as you increase your running and other exercise(s) you can eat the pizza guilt-free! Don't turn your back on the 'za just yet!

If its any consolation, I had (counting) 11 slices of Mr. Gattis pizza (the small pies, not the 18" jumbos) for lunch today. And a salad with ranch dressing. Its pretty much all I've eaten today (my wife's out of town and I'm such a buffet-freak when I'm alone), but still. Not exactly the world's greatest diet anywhere this weekend, I'm thinking.

Its wonderful to see that you are both making progress, and able to keep the slow rate going. I would have been so frustrated and wanting to skip ahead (and reinjure myself) by now, I'm sure. Anyway, do you have plans for the next month or two yet?
