A Passion for Running

I happened upon this photo in what is rapidly becoming one of my favorite places to haunt and it immediately made me think of Adeel - a fellow Canadian from “tuh-rah-nah” who happens to be the fastest runner I “know”.

I’m wondering if this chicken chasing business really can make one a faster runner? I mean, Adeel is doing it and he’s running 16 minute-ish 5k’s, plus coach Mickey makes Rocky Balboa chase one in Rocky II and my Italian bro finally beat Apollo Creed’s ass in that movie… so?
