-Mountain Equipment Co-op has a limited selection of running gear, but what they do carry is really good stuff - classic designs with very good quality and the prices are generally very good. And yeah, they ship internationally.
-For Pose Method, and minimalist running shoe lovers, you can’t beat Puma running shoes. I, and most Pose Method runners prefer the Puma H-Street

-Polar makes (in my humble opinion), the best heart rate monitors. Mine is the Polar 625X - it monitors heart rate + speed+distance. No wonder they call it a running computer!
-Aaron would likely argue my choice for Polar. He uses a Nike heart rate monitor and a Timex/Garmin Bodylink system for speed+distance monitoring.
