Your attitude is what's going to carry you that extra mile to keep "moving forward". When life does hit us with the punches, bring your head back around and smile. All the strength you'll ever need is right there inside of you. And if you're interested, I work with a program called Chef's Diet. We focus on bringing healthy diets, including those that need special intakes such as low sugar or gluten free, to your door daily. The meals are prepared fresh and then delivered to you with everything you need, including a slip that even tells you what the predicted weather will be like that day. Visit us at http://www.mychefsdiet.com if you care to know more :). Be well.

Mark, welcome back to your old life! I can't imagine how hard it must be to get back on your routine after what you've been through but here you are, doing it. Please keep us posted on your progress.

One thing you said caught my eye: while I can see your pain symptoms diminishing once you sorted out the pinched nerve, it seems odd that you are still so fatigued all the time. Given your son's diagnosis and your concern over your own health, could it be that the stress is taking a toll on you? You might want to check out the symptoms of adrenal fatigue to see if any of these correspond with what you're coping with these days. If you don't have fibromyalgia maybe you have a hormone or chemical imbalance?
Sorry, don't mean to play doctor here but if this helps then it was worth mentioning. Shelley

Sounds like that neck stretch/crack had a wonderful chain reaction. I know you've been fighting back all along, Mark. Glad to see that you're finally enjoying the resulting benefits.
