Welcome to the home of Mark aka The Running Blogfather – a 40 year-old dad, husband and marathon runner who's beaten injury and is on the comeback trail!

healthy and happy

As you can see in this video, Christopher is doing very well. He looks healthy (he’s gained close to 10 pounds since starting insulin – putting him back in normal weight range) and he is in this kind of happy, goofy mood most of the time.

His insulin issue have certainly not impaired is abilty to blow a good rasberry.

You must be so relieved that his treatment protocol is working and he’s healthy again. 3 cheers for modern medicine!

My father in law has had diabetes for over 20 years. It has taken a tole on him, but he always does best when the sugar is under control. Good luck to you. I am so glad that your son is doing better.

Wishing you the very best. And very glad to hear Chris is in a happy and goofy mood. My son’s name is Christopher as well, Christopher’s are made extra strong, and definitely goofy for sure:)
