A few months ago, I posted an article about age and weight grading on CRN. Here’s an update on my PR age+weight grading history including the new Regina Marathon PR:

Age: 39
Weight: 160
Marathon Finish Time: 3:38:28

WOW what a great post! That’s pretty amazing how much you lost. What types of runs do you like to do the most? I’m a big fan of running and soccer and you really inspired me.

Wow, you are definitely getting better with age. Maybe there is hope for me yet! Great stats and pics!! Congrats on all the improvement. I would imagine those minutes are not that easy to lose when you are that fast to begin with!!!
