Mark, I enjoyed your race report. I’m going for a BQ in Regina on Sept.13, 2009 (which will require a 25 minute time improvement from my PR). Its good to hear you had a great race there!

A fabulous race, Mark! I know you wanted to go faster but an 8-minute PR is damn nice. Faster and faster he goes!
