3:30 and, I think, about 33 seconds!
What went wrong: heart rate was WAY high. What went right: i have big balls of steel!
So, I finally got my 3:30. I’m way happy about that.

Congratulations on the PB Mark. You definitely earned it. Taking off 8 minutes is a big deal. Now you can relax for a bit, enjoy.

Doesn’t that make a hugely distracting noise when those steel balls bang into each other, hehe! Great Job on the run!! Run Good!
