		<description>You are wise to let your calf make some of these decisions.  There is always opportunity to &#039;make up&#039; the 11 minutes - if you are not injured.  Keep doing what you are doing to stay injury free and the rest will follow.

		<description>Heh, heh.  That sounds so strange.  &quot;One easy 90 minute run and one long three hour run&quot;.  Most folks in the world would say running for an hour and a half without stopping is anything but easy.  I know you are far beyond that point now, but it just sounds funny.  :)</description>
