I am getting better at just ignoring those types of comments. Basically, because I&#039;ve come to learn that &quot;rest&quot; is relative AND that the body has a surprising ability to recover without periods of no running.

It&#039;s ironic to me how people can be in utter amazement of ultra-runners and &quot;streak&quot; runners (who run x# of days in a row) but who think that the rest of the running population is somehow less capable of running every day.</description>
