really nervous about long run
If you read yesterday’s post, you know I ended my run very soon after it began (got two miles in) due to very treacherous icy conditions.
Well, it hasn’t melted at all since yesterday which means I could be in for a very dangerous run. I hope to God the route going home from work isn’t anywhere as near as icy as the mile heading out from my house was yesterday.
