Really, nice work.  Just think about where you have been and where, come the running season, you will be.  Keep in mind - you&#039;re running in butt-cold temps, through snow and ice, and uphill (both ways)! 

This is great off-season mileage and, despite how you feel right now, it&#039;s going to pay off HUGE!

Keep up the great work.

		<description>Low heart rate average is probably the biggest indicator something is wrong. At least it is for me. Listen to coach and take some recovery. 

Today is nice and warm and I&#039;d LOVE to get outside but after this weekend of overdistance, I know I need to rest. It&#039;s hard to stop the momentum.</description>
