bump in the road
I didn’t run on Friday because I was pretty sick. I think that was my 1st day off since the bout of flu I had on December 31st. I’ve been averaging 1 day off in 20 this past few months.
I ran extremely slowly on Saturday but that one really did me in and I was out of commission today. Two days off in three.
Ug. Hopefully I am feeling half way decent for tomorrow’s long run.

Well, don’t go pushing it if its in your lungs, Mark. Only an idiot would run with pneumonia.
