i felt fine at 169 and…
…I feel great at 168! Still losing about a pound a week off my mid-section. You gotta like that.
We’re in the middle of a blizzard that started late last night. There was about six inches of fresh snow laying on the ground for today’s hard effort. WHAT. A. SLOG.
But it’s done and I’m ecstatic about the weight loss. It’s been a while since I weighed 168! In total, I’ve dropped about 10 pounds over the last few months – eight of those since mid-October on the “Andrew/Lydiard” marathon plan.
I remember once upon a time, Oprah Winfrey brought out a wheelbarrel of fat to show what she’d once lost on a fitness program. Similarly, I found this picture of a lady holding five pounds of faux-fat. Whoa – to think I’ve lost about double that. What’s the secret? Lots and lots of miles!
