got it done and done well
Five minutes into today’s long run, I got nauseous for about 30 seconds. Then, as quickly as it came, it was gone and I carried on without incident. In fact, I think that’s the most enjoyable long run I’ve had since beginning this training plan.
That said, I did run very, very slowly. But that’s what the long run is all about – getting the miles in.
Which I did.
