Smokin’ run today. Adaptation is definitely taking place. Today, I was able to very comfortably run near/at the top of my “hard” day training range and it showed.

Good going, Mark. You must be so happy to be “back.” I am following your progress! CRN is looking great, by the way. I know it takes a lot of work….thanks for all you do!

I can’t read the log but I’m so impressed at your ‘stickwithedness’. That’s a word, right?

It gives me hope that when I really start my triathlon training in earnest I’ll be able to get stronger.
