a new challenge every day
Today will be my first 60 minute “hard” run on the Lydiard program Andrew’s drawn up for me. I admit I’ve been a bit nervous about today and I think Andrew may be able to read minds since he gave me a bit of a break for this first one.
My instructions for today are to warm up for 15 minutes, run hard for 30 and cool down for 15. So, the “hard” part of today’s run is no longer than the last month’s hard runs but it has mileage built onto it as well.
It’s a test to see where I am and what I can handle.
So, today I test so I can evaluate what happens tomorrow and the next day and the next day and…
