back as strong as ever
The body aches and sore throat I had yesterday were pretty much gone by the time I went to bed last night. Christopher (my four year old) didn’t fare so well – he was pretty sick all night.
I went to bed early and woke up feeling itchy to run. No kidding – I couldn’t wait.
Resting heart rate is back down to 43.
Today’s 60 minutes was great!
