9 days running
All is feeling TERRIFIC. The body seems to be adapting well to daily running. It will be interesting to see how I hold up when I switch from 60/30 minute runs to 90/60s. I will be doing careful daily assessments when I make that jump but I’m really looking forward to the challenge.

I havent read far back enough to know what happened to you but I’m ecxited to watch your journey. I can relate a little as I just had a baby over the summer and am determined to run another marathon this spring. LOL. I get lots of negative remarks about it but I’m pressing on. I ditched my old blog and started a running one. I’m finding an awesome community of runners.
