long run was a good one
Because I am repeating a week, I am calling today’s long run, my 1st one …again.
It went really well. I’m glad I reduced the time from 120 minutes to 90 minutes. The body was tired but did not fall apart at the end like last time.
But the really great news about this week is that my shinsplints continue to dissipate even with today’s long run.
