Oh no. We were so sure we had cured you and then go and fall off the wagon again. Now the poor family has to suffer through stinky shoes, complaints about black toenails, endless talk of running, and having to buy more pasta than anyone should be entitled to.

Best thing to do is apologize right from the start.

And will we be shod for said marathon training?

I'm thinking of doing a half in Red Deer and I've toyed with a full in Regina. Regina at least will be flat, that's a bonus as far as I'm concerned. It's the actual drive there that's a marathon for me:(

Way to go Mark. Now, because I may have missed it, are you running barefoot?

Congratulations on this decision! You can just see the passion in your font when you bring up marathons!

I've been toying with doing the half next year in Kelowna. I think September in Regina and October in Kelowna would be equally warm tempteratures, don't you?
