i got lost!
That’s a first for me, folks! I got lost on a trail today. Yup. Couldn’t figure out where the heck I was for a good 10 minutes.
But, everything else about today’s 80 minutes was SMASHING!
Have you ever gotten lost on a run?

Not really lost, but I have taken a few wrong turns and ended up somewhere I had not planned…lol.

I run on a paved trail. Or a track. If I get lost on either of those, I’ve got bigger problems than I thought.
