I had a tremendous run today. As Bill mentioned, fall running ROCKS. It’s definitely my favorite season for running.

Today, I tackled my challenging Four Sisters route that goes up and down Edmonton’s beautiful river valley.

The run started out very badly with me fighting heartburn and overall sluggishness but, by the 20 minute mark, I was into my groove feelin’ groovy.

One hour of blissful, close-to-runner’s-high running. Sweet.

nice work mark! I bet you were just missing pam, and that made your “heart burn.”

I second you and Bill on fall running. After a long, hot summer, the cool breezes and changing leaves are heavenly.
