Mark, I’m totally with you about getting back into shape. It’s weird how it creeps up on you. I’m fighting a foot injury right now but I’m still going after my goal of a 6-minute mile (after allowing time to heal). I’m rowing on the Concept 2, watching my diet, and I’ve been losing weight as part of the process. Lost 4-5 lbs. in the last two weeks. I’m feeling great!
