I’m out of shape. I know you can’t see it in this picture but let’s just say it’s a good thing I’m wearing a shirt. This is day one of a series of pics (sorry - some with the shirt off) that will provide me with motivation to get back in shape. I’m putting together a plan to make that happen. Stay tuned. In the meantime, enjoy the scowl.

Kind of smoldering and intense.

I’ve done the same thing - but my out of shape is WAY more out of shape than yours. You actually look prety in shape to me. I’ve got before bikini pictures which someday I’ll post IF I ever get to my desired weight.

Don’t hold your breath.

You either have an exhibitionist trend, or you miss your old job as photographer.

jeff: I am actually very well rested. When you see the pics i will take with the shirt off, it will be apparent I am unfit.

adeel: it could be partly the former but mostly i am going to put these out there because looking horrible in public will motivate me to get on with it and get fit. total accountability.

You’re a brave man, Mark. Then again, you don’t look that out of shape.

Don’t take this the wrong way, Mark, but you look dreadful. I mean physically you look pretty damn good (hey anyone that can post their pic in lycra has got to be doing good). But that scowl is more that just a scowl. You look damn tired if you ask me. Compare it to that smiling face on the right. I think you need some sleep more than anything, bud.

Hang tough. Get some rest. Eat some chocolate. Uh, go light on that. :)

Hehe! way to get the comments rolling! You should go light on the “out of shape” remarks, because there are a lot that would kill to be in as good of shape as you are, unless of course your going for the Hollywood ideal of size 0 for the ladies and 6% or les bodyfat for the men, not good! Run Good!

Not out of shape. I agree that you do look tired. Since everyone is commenting on so many aspects of the photo - I would also say that your upper arms need some sun.
