i like haight&#039;s suggestion.  either bike in your running shoes and wear some tri shorts, or bike in your biking shoes and run barefoot.  

then you&#039;d be truly hardcore, &#039;doubling&#039; bricks.</description>

Maybe on your way to work you can ride the bike for the first 5 miles....lock the bike to a post....then run the rest of the way...and reverse on the way home...then you can say you did two bricks in one day...of course clothing could be an issue</description>
