yup
The frequency of my blogging seems to be at an all time low. However, I am keeping up with my running and am averaging four days a week, plus swimming once a week, plus doing two to three days/week of 20 mile/day bike commuting.
So, I’m active and the best part is the neck is finally getting better. Hallelujah to that.
As for blogging, it’s been sporadic because of work I’m doing on completerunning. It’s good stuff but not stuff I can share a lot about quite yet.
