		<description>yeah, i have gone. Doctor+Massage Therapist+Chiropractor+Active Release Therapy. They all say, if i can run, I should because the blood flow is good for healing. For sure, I know the worst pain i have is after being inactive (e.g. sleeping).

Thanks though. I guess I just have to work through it.</description>
