haha...mark, that's a riot. the running (hehe) joke in our house is that i do more harm to myself walking around the house than on any of my epic adventures.

i'm safer on a big wall in yosemite than i am walking through the living room. go figure.

heal up quick, buddy!

hmmm. that's a lot more info than i ever wanted to know about your a$$. then I thought rob was advising you to roll a tennis ball around your eye. it's all so confusing! obviously you should stop MAKING the wine, and start DRINKING it. and just keep running. obviously!

Your logic behind cutting out all dangerous non-running activities to save your body is sound! What a run of painfully bad luck, so to speak.

Thanks for your cool blog! I'll keep reading.

A Tennis ball works great for that. Sounds weird, but besides using it for an arch massage on your foot, you can also take a tennis ball and basically sit on it while rolling it around the muscle. Same goes for feet - place it under your arch and put some weight on it while rolling it around. It does wonders.

Dean Karnazes is a good example of a perfect running life, too bad most of us don't run like he does. Home improvement and hobbies can be dangerous, procede with caution - I would suggest full body armour and safety shoes.

I watched one of my boys haul on the toe of his sock last night...guess what happened? Wham...in the face! Both hands! Nothing broken but laughable just the same.

Something to be said for the safety of the dog house.
