are you this happy when you run?

I think I know how this dog feels. How about you?
And “no”, the fun is not in carrying the stick…I think?

You could carry a stick in a RELAY and find out if that’s your thing. I happen to know of a good one coming soon to a weekend near you

And sometimes I DO feel that happy on a run. It usually happens somewhere between 50 and 55 minutes, and lasts for about a minute or so. Downhill slopes work for me too.

Is the fun part running around naked except for funky black harness thing? Cause that sounds like fun!

Sometimes I’m happy when I run, but I doubt I look it. Usually my joy comes after. My puppy always looks ecstatic to be out walking, even more so when I let her run. But she also drools …
One of the managers at work has asked me a couple of times “why you never see runners smile when they’re running.” The last time, I said it would be creepy to see someone running around with a non-stop big grin.

I’m happy usually after about 20 minutes into my run. But I don’t look as cute as that ….

Hey, he’s barefoot, too!
But yeah, I am. And I’m so glad I’ve gotten that back.
