Aaron and I headed out today in perfect conditions. He was going for 65 minutes. I wasn’t sure if I’d join him the whole way.
I did.
And, it was awesome. Funny how you forget things. Today’s remembrance was that I never feel 100% until I’ve been running for at least 40 minutes.
It felt so deliciously sinful, I figure I musta been Runnin’ With the Devil.
