Two months off running and I gained 8 pounds. EIGHT! Holy crap. Time to start eating right, upping the water intake and putting some effort in.

Don’t worry, a mere 280 miles (more or less) will take care of those pounds, no problem!

Great blog! Great site! Problem is, I could spend hours reading other people’s posts… Anyway, sorry if this is the wrong way to do this but I can’t seem to find another e-mail address.

I have submitted a couple of requests to have my blog added to the list (using the form) but it has never appeared. Maybe I doing something wrong (I am very new to all of this)? Or, maybe its because of the holdiays? Anyway, the link is: http://ggviimarathon.blogspot.com/.

A pound a week…just think what could’ve happened if you’d been out for longer?! No doubt…it will be gone quicker than it came I’m sure.

HA! At least I’m not the only one who gained weight.

Ofcourse, uh, I was running and still gaining weight…

Isn’t most of your body weight water? I don’t think all that water will help.

I’ve been at home and my parents are very loving, stocking all the salted and sugary snacks I love so much while watching pirated movies. I think I’ve gained about five pounds in ten days while running about 100k a week.
