Hey, how was your Christmas?
Just a few days till I get to start running again! I gave myself till January 1st to get the ol’ foot healthy and it feels good so I’m gonna go ahead and start again. Seems rather appropriate that a new year will bring a new start.
But I admit to feeling very nervous. Nervous I’ll injur something again…ONWARD!

I can definitely sympathize with your nervousness. We’ll all be looking forward to hearing how your progress comes along. You have played it smart on the recovery and staying off of it.

Hey Marky, got a hold of a computer so I thought I would say hi from Maui. Hope everything is fine with our house. Congrats on your mortgage. Hope you had a great Xmas. I will check your blog for any updates. Have a good one. Found alot of good cigars that I am bringing home, you will be the first one I share any of those with. We will be home the Friday after new Years. Saturday I hope you are up for a swim. Hope your run goes well on new years.

I wish you a wonderful new year! I hope your foot heals fully and well.
My blog postings haven’t been getting onto the RBF recents page. I was wondering if I had done something wrong or if it is something like because my blog is not a pure running blog, it is “manually placed” onto the page. It would be helpful if you could shed some light on this. (also placed in Aaron’s comments)
