First time to the blog. It’s great! It’s cool to read about other interested in running…about being injured, I say wait, it kills me too, but with those kinds of injuries, only rest will help…I like the nickname too, blogfather has a good ring to it. I’m starting a new running company and I’m trying to get the word out to the running community. Would you consider adding a link or an article about us on your blog? Thanks,

I’d love if if my grade 12 cross country team did that. Actually, I had my revenge on all but one of them the coming track season, so never mind.
