“Four Minutes” which is about Roger Bannister.

Other dramatic documentary/biopics:
“Fire on the Track” about Steve Prefontaine.
“Without Limits”, also about Steve Prefontaine.
“Wilma” about sprinter Wilma Rudolph.
“Jesse Owens Story”
“Endurance” (1999) about distance runner Haile Gebrsellasie (very slow pace to the movie but enjoyable)
As a side note, it seems like “Running Brave” might belong in the Documentaries/Dramatic Documentaries about runners category.

Don’t forget On the Edge, starring Bruce Dern, from about 1984. It’s a drama based on the real life Dipsea Race.
