Mark ~ Everything is so beautiful! And I have to say, this new design is really “butched up” 
If all goes according to plan, you’ll see me at my puney 5k this weekend wearing an I heart RBF running t-shirt, with my I heart RBF baseball cap, drinking mint tea out of my I heart RBF coffee mug.

Nice, Mark. I really like the one with the Complete Running logo on it.
And is it just me or does anyone else find female manicans…uh…hot? Maybe its the T-shirt.

Nice blog. I haven’t read it all yet, but will when i have more time. I initially was looking for an article of how to adapt you training when training for the marathon. So thats the power of google i suppose.
