I’m gonna do a bit of pimping…

Jeremy from The Running Guy is new to the RBF and has already stepped convincingly into the fray by hosting this week’s Rundown aka Carnival of Runners. Welcome and nicely done, Jeremy.

Dr. Miller has posted another terrific article on Pronation and Supination.

We moved Lesley’s monthly Women’s Running page (to give it more exposure) and she’s still churning out some terrific stuff. Thanks Lesley!

Oh, and just in case you missed the news, we started up a nifty new RBF Racing Calendar yesterday. It’s a shared calendar where you can enter your upcoming races so everyone can see (and get notice) of each other’s racing schedule. It’s like an RBF race alarm clock. :)

OMG, all this excitement. I need an extra set of eyes to do the reading for me. Only 15 months of school left ~phew~ :) I’ll spread the word as best I can about all these wonderful contributions to our RBF Mark.

hey mark. thanks again for the congrats on my marathon. i made it! not exactly the time i was looking for but it was an awesome experience.
