weirdness + goodness

Weirdness: Got out of bed yesterday, walked to the shower and something went funny in my foot. Not sure what but shouldn’t one get injured while running?

Goodness: Ran 30 minutes today with Aaron after a long-achey day. Everything in my body was aching before the run. Nothing ached after. That’s goodness.

More Goodness: I found an extra level of relaxation in my ankles while running tonight which I think will help with tenseness in my calves – an occassional problem spot for me since becoming a forefoot runner.

Kinda funny that your Google ads are “Beat Plantar Fascilitis”. I hope it wasn’t that kinda of wierdness.

I do not like “weirdness” in anyone’s foot, especially in the morning.

I really do not like it.

Hope it’s just a temporary phenomena…

That is weird…probably just some deep muscle tightness in your calves affecting your foot. I can get some foot pain and my chiro and I beleive it is directly related to my super tight calf muscles. We are working on that and it seems to be helping.
