45 minutes barefoot with strides

Yahoo! Man, that was one fine feelin’ run – 100 meter strides and all! Even managed to scare the crap out of a young girly-girl walker who didn’t hear my barefeet coming up behind her. ;) Tonight’s run was sweetness let me tell ya.

I’ve been neglecting my blog this past few days. Just having too much fun with my family on vacation I guess.

Poor girl – probably went home and told her mother about the maniac barefoot guy running around.

I think it was her mom who was walking on her right side!

Thats a big question of debate for me. When should I yell out, “On your left!” and when should I just run up and past. For the record I don’t think I’ve yelled “Left!” yet but I’ve jumped over a few zig zagging dogs and I think I’ve probable startled a few people myself. Is it enough just to wheeze and shuffle along or should we give fair warning as we approach?

I scared an old lady and her husbands once, I decided to yell out a hello just before I reach people now…it still seems to scare them…maybe I am just a scary girl!
