i took a week off after my last race. i think that’s the longest break.

I’m not sure I qualify. Some of you have taken breaks that last longer than the time I’ve been running with a goal.

Well, I’ve only been running for a month, and I’ve already managed a ten-day break. But I think I’m properly hooked now…

I took a week off after my first marathon, other then that 2-3 days.

I always end up taking October off withthe exception of a couple miles a week. Its usually so busy around here I barely get time to sleep and eat.

about ten months….can’t run when I’m prego cuz first i’m too sick and then I’m too big and then I’m post delivery…my first organized run was in May, and my son was born in February….it was a half marathon…I was stupid…I ended up walking ten minutes running ten minutes…
