this week’s rundown!
This week’s Rundown has a bit of a different theme. This week’s installment is all about proving a community built on the web can can lead to real world relationships. Ain’t I the sappiest Blogfather ya ever met…er, didn’t meet? Hey! Cut me some slack huh? I am Italian and we’re all about the lovin’! 
We’ll start with Dawn, Karen (her first half!) and Linda. They all ran the Calgary Burnco 1/2 Marathon together. Bravo on the race and on your meeting ladies. 
Next up is Fastchick Chelle who recently met up and had some runs with another very speedy chick – Alison. I bet all spectators would have seen as those two ran by was a couple of blurs.
You can’t mention RBF meetings without talking about our favorite Running Chick, Dianna. The RC has been very busy making real-life connections lately. Besides her regular runs with April Anne, Dianna has had hook-ups with Chris and Jeff (PS. You must read Jeff’s race report)! Courtesy of the RBF, Dianna even acquired herself a true-blue friend and triathlon training buddy in Annalisa. Wow!
Can you believe we’re not done? Bill aka “Yank” has been busy spreading his warm smile around too! After first meeting the above mentioned Dianna, he and lovely lady Susan met recently with yet another RBF member – David. Speaking of Susan, she’s also been very busy turning cyber friends into ones of the real-life variety. As mentioned, Susan’s met Bill and David but she’s also shared some wonderful moments with Lara and Molly. Woohoo Susan!
So there ya have it. Cyberspace is actually connecting people. Isn’t that lovely? And there’s more to come.
