I believe I ran every day this week again. Nice. That said, the runs were not great on the quality scale. I am such a wimp in the heat.
6k yesterday with Aaron + 6k today on my own. I did the last two kilometers barefooted. Not much to say. Tired I guess.

hiya… i just read your post on “power words”, and i loved it…. i love the idea of being able to put so much feeling into a word and make it work for you. (work for you, and work foryou!!!)

i’m a major wimp in the heat…. Oh, and the asthma-like symptoms don’t help much either right now. Damn lungs. Can I trade in?

Barefoot huh? I’ve been trying that out a little on my runs-mostly with track work outs where there is grass in the infield up to the edge of the track- I like it, but I’m not clear on the benefits-I’ll have to read more.
