Before I get to today’s post, I just want to say thanks to all of you for your recent comments. Especially Jeff. Holy Cow man! You trying to make me cry? I’m kidding of course. Those were lovely words, Jeff. I was touched.

Well, we are a bit better than 24 hours away from Aaron becoming a married dude and I can’t wait. I think, I hope and I pray I’ve got everything done I’m supposed to have done!!!

Running-wise, I got out for an awesome 6k yesterday at lunch. It was cool out there and I felt light and speedy.

You won’t hear from me till Sunday evening AT LEAST due to the festivities of the weekend. Everybody try and have as much fun as I’m about to have!

Ciao!

happy bert-day daddy

That was Christopher’s greeting to me this morning (Lori had prepped him). The greeting I got from Cassandra was a little diddy that goes like this:

“Happy Birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. You look like a monkey. And you smell like one too”

Ahh kids. :D

Some people will probably be happy about that!

Anyhoo, I ran 6km with soon to be married Aaron dude yesterday and another 7 in the hot hot heat today. Took lots of walk breaks. Blah!

Over Roger…
