a feel good 8k
Well, the plan according to my last post should have been to do a 3 to 5km run but Nick hooked up with me and we ended up doing eight. I only took two walk breaks and was really pleased overall with the run. The legs felt good, I was strongly in form and my breathing felt relaxed.
Yay!
