Ewwwwwww!

In Boy Scouts we were told to pop friction blisters and then bandage them, but burn blisters you leave alone. For that blister I got on my last barefoot run, I drained it (much nicer word than popped) and put on some of that spray on bandage stuff. It stayed on for several days and was better than dealing with a regualr bandage.

I’m seeing double this morning. I thought it said poop, haha, and so glad that were not referring to zits either. If they are on the bottom or sides of my feet I leave them alone and they go away eventually. Afraid if I puncture my skin I’ll get germs inside.
